Tim Nolan is the president of the Human Services Leadership Institute and has worked with over 9,000 human service professionals throughout the United States. He frequently works with human service organizations to help them improve the commitment, performance, and retention of employees.
Tim is the author of: The Essential Handbook for Highly Effective Human Service Managers and The Essential Handbook for Highly Effective Human Service Professionals.
He has also created the 12-month Highly Effective Human Service Manager Program and the Highly Effective Human Service Professionals Program.
Tim is a faculty member with the University of Phoenix where he teaches several courses in the human services and is a subject matter expert in helping to develop new classes.
Tim possesses graduate degrees in human services and psychology. He also possesses a Doctor of Education in performance improvement leadership.
