Dr. Ed Jackson
Dr. Ed Jackson has over 30 years of experience providing leadership and inspiration to others. He has worked with distinction in public education and the private sector. He is an avid researcher and has published research addressing the dropout crisis, and most recently on Meaning-Centered Leadership. His dissertation study examined how exemplary leaders create meaning for themselves and others.
He uses action research to inform his practice and grow his impact. Dr. Jackson has presented at State wide conferences in California. He has also presented at Brandman University’s doctoral program in transformational leadership. His leadership is supported and enhanced by application and on-going research. Dr. Jackson has led impactful transformational change projects, helping faculty to enhance their ability to be meaning-centered leaders. He seeks to constantly increase his ability to inspire others to seek their personal best, by focusing on Meaning-Centered Living.
