Ashley is the Supervisor of Case Management Services at Orangewood Foundation’s The Lighthouse, transitional housing program for youth survivors of sex trafficking; and Project Choice, drop-in center for youth who have been or are at-risk of being sex trafficked in Orange County, CA. Ashley supports the Case Management Teams to provide individualized, developmentally appropriate case management support and care through a trauma informed and survivor centered approach.
Ashley has over 4 years of experience working adults and youth experiencing homelessness, mental health, and drug and alcohol issues. Ashley gained experience at the Mental Health Association of Orange County prior to joining The Lighthouse, where she has learnt to apply best practice harm reduction, strengths-based case management practices. Ashley obtained her BA from California State University, Long Beach in Sociology with a concentration in Deviance & Social Control.
